Hi, I’m Brandy. I’m a personal coach and used to be a coach for teachers. I spent 25 years helping teachers grow into the best version of themselves. Now, I help all women feel strong, supported, and at home in their own bodies.

But for a long time, I was the one struggling.

By 2019, I felt tired all the time. My body hurt, I had no energy, and I didn’t like how I looked. I was almost 100 pounds overweight and trying to take care of everyone else while ignoring my own needs. I felt ashamed, sad, and stuck.

I tried everything—self-help books, diets, counting every calorie, and expensive supplements. But none of it worked for long.

In 2023, I found a doctor who helped me start GLP-1 medication. The weight started to come off—but I soon realized that wasn’t enough. My body was changing, but my thoughts weren’t. I still felt shame, self-doubt, and disconnected from myself. GLP-1s helped with hunger, but not with how I felt on the inside.

That’s when I learned the real change had to come from inside me.

I started paying attention to my thoughts and feelings. I practiced moving my body with kindness, setting healthy boundaries, and learning to speak to myself with love instead of judgment.

I stopped chasing a number on the scale—and started finding my power again, one small step at a time.

Since then, I’ve lost almost 80+ pounds—and let go of even more emotional weight. Now, I can rest without guilt, move my body in ways that feel good, and treat myself with compassion.

Today, I feel stronger, more alive, and more grounded than I ever thought possible.

But I didn’t stop there!

I wanted to see if others could get the same results I’d had by following my creative, mindset-shifting, and soul-centered approach — blending self-reflection, cognitive tools, intuitive goal-setting, and personal accountability.
