This 9-week group coaching program is designed to help midlife women using GLP-1s lose weight in a healthy, empowered way—while building strength, self-trust, and lasting habits.

Each week includes:

  • One Live Group Coaching Call — connect, reflect, and get real-time support and coaching from Brandy and your circle

  • One Asynchronous Activity — a guided, self-paced practice that helps you apply the week’s focus in a way that sticks

Weeks 1-3

During the first 3 weeks, you’ll learn how to pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and body signals. You’ll practice noticing when you’re hungry or full, and what helps you feel good. With fun drawing and writing activities, you’ll start to take care of your body in a kind and simple way—without tracking every bite or feeling bad about food.

Weeks 5-6

During weeks 4-6, you’ll learn how to notice unkind thoughts and turn them into helpful ones. You’ll look at your past, celebrate how far you’ve come, and practice saying kind things to yourself. With simple drawing and writing, you’ll also learn how to set boundaries and protect your energy—so you can feel calm, strong, and proud of who you are.

Weeks 7-9

During weeks 7-9,  you’ll use everything you’ve learned to build a life that feels good and true to you. You’ll practice saying “no” when you need to, letting go of being perfect, and asking for help when you need it. With fun and simple drawing activities, you’ll learn to take care of yourself in kind, strong, and lasting ways.
